充点式减振垫铁有效的衰减机器自身的振动，减少振动力外传，阻止振动力传入，保证加工尺寸精度及质量。控制建筑物结构谐振传播振动力　和噪音。使粗、精加工各类机床组成生产单元，适应物流技术的发展。安装机床不需设置地脚螺栓与地而固定，节省安装费用，缩短安装周期。可根据生产随时调换机床位置，消除二次安装费用，使机床楼上安装成为可能。

适用范围

精密机加工设备、三座标测量、划线机、精密工作台、１００／min-500/min次高速冲床、冲孔机、锻压机、空压机、泵体及特别要求隔振的设备。

使用方法

将所需垫铁放入机床地脚孔下，旋入螺栓，落下机床，逐个向垫　铁内充入压缩空气。使垫铁逐个升高3mm。确认螺栓和地脚　孔壁不磨擦后。旋紧螺母。继续充入压缩空气，使机床逐个升高7mm.后充气节机床水平，调节范围H值±６mm,(工作内压为０．５Ｍpa).移动机床时，应先将垫铁内压缩空气释放，再移开机床。

How To Install

Place the mounts under the anchor of the machine,insert center bolt and engage threads in mount.Hand tightening is adequate at this point.Sequentially pressurization of isolator through valve until dimension is3mm for each mount so that dimension is 7 mm,Then adjust the level of machine.Check each mount for overall height which should be within H±6mm.Whenever machine is to be removed from mounts,Deflate mounts before renoval lf load
